Shefali Jariwala’s sudden demise at the age of 42 shook the entire film industry.
She was cremated in Mumbai on Saturday evening.
Now, a new video has surfaced in which her husband, Parag Tyagi, is seen immersing her ashes in the sea.
Parag’s pain broken by grief
In the video, Parag is seen trying to hold back his tears.
With the support of Shefali’s family and his family members, he immersed the ashes in the sea.
After this, he returned from the beach surrounded by grieving family members.
Varun Dhawan slammed the media
Actor Varun Dhawan expressed strong displeasure over the insensitive coverage of Shefali Jariwala’s death on social media.
He wrote, “Again, insensitive coverage by the media of the passing of yet another soul.
I don’t understand why you want to cover someone’s grief.
Everyone looks uncomfortable with it. Who is benefiting from this? My request to my friends in the media: this is not the way one would want their funeral covered.”

Emotional moment at the funeral
Shefali’s funeral was extensively photographed and filmed by the paparazzi.
In an emotional video, Parag is seen giving Shefali a final farewell by kissing her forehead and caressing her cheeks.
Despite his grief, he also showed courage to shoulder Shefali’s bier.

Earlier, Parag had requested the media not to sensationalise Shefali’s death.
He said, “Please mazaak drama mat banayega main sabse request karta hu, meri pari ke liye pray kijiga aap sab log.
Wherever she is, may she be happy and in peace, that’s all I want.” ## Priyanka Chopra expresses grief
Shefali, who became famous with the “Kaanta Laga” remix music video, also worked in the film “Mujhse Shaadi Karogi” with Priyanka Chopra, Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar.
Priyanka remembered the late actress on Instagram. She shared a photo of Shefali on her story and wrote, “So shocked.
She was so young. Sending condolences to Parag and the family.”
