Now Surrey Coroner’s Office and British authorities have officially confirmed that Sanjay Kapoor died of completely natural causes.

According to the report, the main cause of death was left ventricular hypertrophy (enlargement of the left ventricle) and ischemic heart disease (blockage of the blood vessels of the heart).

Surrey Police has described the case as ‘non-suspicious’ and said that no further investigation is needed in this matter.

But Sanjay’s mother, Rani Kapoor, is not satisfied with this report.

She wrote a letter to the company’s board on July 24, alleging that the circumstances of her son’s death were “highly suspicious” and there is a possibility of “foul play” (murder).

She also alleged that some people want to take over the family legacy and the company by using Sanjay’s death as an opportunity.

She also opposed the proposal to postpone the company’s AGM and make Sanjay’s second wife Priya Sachdev Kapur a director.

Dispute over property worth Rs 30,000 crore

There is now an inheritance dispute over Sanjay Kapoor’s estimated property worth Rs 30,000 crore.

In initial reports, Sanjay’s first wife Karisma Kapoor’s name was also linked to this dispute.

However, it later became clear that Karisma has no legal claim, and they are only concerned about the future of their children.

Sanjay and Karisma have two children, protecting whose interests has now become an important issue.
