A special night, a special family
Monday night was a very special time in Mumbai. Bollywood’s ‘Bhai’ Salman Khan was celebrating his parents’ 61st wedding anniversary!
Arriving amidst security, Salman looked simple and stylish – wearing a black T-shirt and jeans. He waved the paps and went inside, where the entire family was waiting.
Family Reunion
All family members were present at this intimate dinner. Salim Khan’s daughter Alvira Agnihotri arrived with her husband Atul Agnihotri and daughter Alizeh.
Sonakshi Sinha, Zaheer Iqbal, Ishita Dutta, and Vatsal Sheth were also seen.
Salman’s brothers Arbaaz, Sohail, and sister Arpita, along with his brother-in-law Ayush Sharma, also attended the party.
Salim Khan’s Legendary Journey
Salim Khan, who wrote classic films like ‘Sholay’ and ‘Zanjeer’, married Salma Khan in 1964. The two have five children: Salman, Arbaaz, Sohail, Alvira, and Arpita. Interestingly, in 1981, Salim Khan also married dancer-actress Helen.
Salman’s Emotional Truth
This relationship wasn’t so easy at first. Salman Khan revealed in an interview how upset he was as a child when his father remarried.
“I was very close to my mother,” he said. “I couldn’t stand seeing my mother waiting for my father.”
But everything changed with time. Salman said that his father tried hard to make the children understand that he loved their mother.
Gradually, Salman Khan learned to accept Helen, and today they are part of the same family.
The journey of love was not easy
This anniversary was not just a celebration, but the story of a relationship that has endured even more difficult times than the above.
Today, everyone is happy together, but in these 61 years, many lakes of realization have been silenced.
This story of Salman’s family teaches us that every relationship has its own story, and everything gets fine with time.
