While he praised Rashmika Mandanna‘s hard work, he also justified Deepika Padukone’s demand.

“12 Hours is Fine, 24 Hours is Wrong!”

Aditya believes that working continuously is physically and mentally exhausting.

He said, “It’s often assumed that everyone will work 24 hours a day, which is completely wrong.

A 12-hour shift for shooting is a perfectly sensible and practical decision.

It’s not right to make people work more than that. I’ve seen instances where people don’t even get a chance to go home between schedules.”

What did Aditya say about Deepika’s demand?

When Deepika Padukone’s 8-hour workday demand was mentioned, Aditya said that the reason behind this demand should be understood. According to him, “An actor has to look special on camera.

We need to understand the background of this demand. Since Deepika started this, it’s important to understand why she’s making this demand. It can’t be dismissed as normal.”

“Everyone has their own needs”

Aditya believes that every artist has their own unique circumstances and needs.

Citing the example of Paresh Rawal during the making of “Munjya,” he said, “Pareshji was battling health issues.

We tried to complete his work in a short time. It’s a director’s responsibility to take care of his actors.”

“Rashmika never complained!”

Regarding Rashmika Mandanna, Aditya said she works for 12 hours without complaint.

He said, “Rashmika never said she was tired. This may be a stage in her career where she can handle so much work.

But it’s not right to impose the same rules on everyone. Actors and directors need to work in harmony.”
