Mouni Roy recalled a bad experience from her career in an interview. She was only 21-22 years old at the time.
She said, “There was no casting couch, but I was molested in an office.” She went to a narration meeting where a scene was being discussed.
The scene went something like this: a girl falls into a swimming pool, faints, the hero rescues her and gives her mouth-to-air respiration.
What happened suddenly? Mouni says, “That man literally grabbed my face and started pretending to give me respiration.”
A moment that became a lifelong scar
Mouni didn’t understand anything at that moment. She was so shocked that she ran away from there.
She says, “That one second scarred me for a long time.” She was shaken for a long time and never forgot the incident.
