According to nutritionist Nicole Linhares Kedia, the most important thing in Kiara’s diet was increased intake of protein.

“Our goal was to tone her body and build lean muscles, as well as reduce body fat,” she explains.

Despite her busy schedule, Kiara’s day used to start with special protein pancakes! What was special in this?

  • Walnut flour
  • Protein powder
  • And fresh berries or homemade hazelnut butter for sweetness

“This high-protein breakfast gave me energy for the whole day,” says Kiara.
