Karisma Kapoor‘s daughter, Samaira Kapoor, is currently in the news more for her college fees than her studies. The Delhi High Court revealed that Samaira’s university fees for the past two months have not yet been paid.

It is reported that her fees amount to approximately 95 lakh rupees per semester. This issue arose when new twists began to emerge in the legal battle over Sanjay Kapoor’s estate and property.

Lawyers argued that Sanjay was responsible for the children’s education, which has now been resolved in the estate dispute.

When the issue of fees was brought before the court, the atmosphere became a little heated. Justice Jyoti Singh clearly told both parties not to turn the court into a “melodrama.”

The judge also advised Priya Kapoor’s legal team that such personal matters should be resolved amicably rather than repeatedly bringing them to court.

Senior advocate Mahesh Jethmalani, representing Karisma’s children, said that Priya now has control over the estate, so the fees have been frozen.

Priya Kapur’s Lawsuit and Will Dispute

On the other hand, Priya Kapur’s team has denied these allegations. They say the fees have already been paid, and they have even filed a petition in court.

According to them, the next installment will be due in December. The real battle is over Sanjay Kapur’s Will.

Samaira and her brother Kiaan have questioned the reality, while Priya says that a husband bequeathing property to his wife is a “healthy tradition” and there is nothing suspicious about it.
