Recently, there were rumors that the film was based on the life of Major Mohit Sharma. Aditya clarified this, saying that Dhurandhaar has a different story.

He said, “If we ever make a film on Major Mohit Sir, it will be with the full permission and support of his family so that his sacrifice is truly honored.”
