He said, “I used to get shy in front of him then, and I still get shy now. He’s one person in front of whom I can’t speak freely in Hindi.”

Farhan explained that when he talks to his father, his language automatically switches to English. This is because Farhan feels that he might say something wrong.

Javed Sahab’s knowledge of Hindi is so strong that Farhan doesn’t feel confident about his own Hindi in front of him.

The funny thing is that Javed Sahab himself asks, “Why don’t you talk to me in Hindi? Your Hindi is quite clear!”
