Delhi Crime is coming back, get ready!
Friends, there’s great news for thriller series fans! The third season of Netflix’s very popular series, Delhi Crime, is releasing on November 13th.
Like the first two seasons, this new season is also based on a true case that shook the entire country.
Director Tanuj Chopra has confirmed that the story is inspired by the tragic case of a little girl named ‘Baby Falak’ from Delhi in 2012.
Falak Case: The Truth That Will Hurt You
In January 2012, a teenage girl brought a two-year-old girl to AIIMS hospital with injuries all over her body.
The girl was named Falak. She had a skull fracture, broken bones, human teeth marks, and burns on her cheeks from a hot iron. Doctors tried their best, but sadly, Falak died of a heart attack in March.
Investigations revealed that the teenager was not Falak’s biological mother, but that Falak’s biological mother had been targeted for human trafficking. This case was as complex and terrifying as you might imagine.
Shefali and Huma are about to face off
This season, our beloved ‘Madam Sir’, Shefali Shah, is once again playing the role of DIG Vartika Chaturvedi.
But this time, they’ll be facing off against a dangerous villain, played by none other than the talented Huma Qureshi!
Huma will essay the antagonist ‘Badi Didi’. Along with her, talented actors like Rasika Duggal and Rajesh Tailang are also part of this powerful cast.
Trailer has given a twist to Dhoom!
Netflix released the trailer on November 4th, and fans are extremely excited. Sonakshi Sinha commented, “Toooo good man too good.”
A fan rightly pointed out that Shefali Shah always does brilliant work, and Huma is also doing very well these days.
It seems the Delhi Crime Squad is once again on its way to delivering a blockbuster crime thriller.
